
Any foreigner or
Vietnamese overseas wishing to visit Vietnam must have a visa
issued by Vietnamese embassy or consulate in your country or in
a third country. Please read the following sections for more
information on visa:
1. VISA EXEMPTION
- Not more than 30 days: for citizens of Thailand, Philippines,
Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Laos.
- Not more than 15 days: for citizens of Japan and South Korea,
Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland.
- French citizens holding valid diplomatic passports are exempt
from visa requirements when visiting Vietnam and are allowed to
stay for up 3 months at one time or on several visits within six
months since their first immigration dates.
- Citizens of Chile and Vietnam holding valid diplomatic or
official passports from one of the two countries are exempt from
needing entry, exit and transit visas in the other's territory
and are allowed to stay for up 60 days on each visit.
2. GET
VIETNAM VISA FROM YOUR COUNTRY
If your country has
Vietnam Embassy or Vietnam Consulate, you can apply the visa to
Vietnam directly by yourself.
However, if you want to avoid a long procedure for a visa to be
approved at an Embassy outside Vietnam (from 4 to 10 days), we
can help you to get the entry visa to Vietnam conveniently by
helping you apply visa to Vietnam Immigration Department, then
after processing, they will send your visa approval code
directly to the Vietnam Embassy or Vietnam Consulate in your
country where you just bring your passport to receive the
approval stamp and visa to entry Vietnam.

After receiving all your details, we will process the visa
immediately, in urgent case the process take only 1 to 2 working
days, normal will take 3 to 5 working days. Once the
authorization is ready, we will send notification (by fax or
attached email) to you and fax the approval to your desired
Embassy or Consulate, then you just bring your passport to that
Embassy or Consulate to get the visa stamp on your passport on
the same day and ready to go to Vietnam.
The Visa Stamp Fee
that the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate in your country will
charge you separately and this stamp fee can be varied in
different countries.
3. VISA
COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL
If your country do
not have the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate or you do not want to
face a time consuming visa process at the Vietnam Embassy, we
can also help you to apply for the Vietnam Visa.
You will have to provide us your information (as required in
part 2). Then, we will submit your details to the Vietnam
Immigration Department in order to get the Visa Approval Letter
that a copy will be forward to you. You will keep this copy and
show to the airline staff when you check in at your country
airport. This to prove that your Vietnam Visa will be stamped in
Vietnam on arrival at the airport by the Vietnam Authority and
allow you to be on board to Vietnam.
After you arrive at Vietnam International Airports in Ho Chi
Minh City (Saigon), Hanoi or Da Nang, the authorization will be
ready at the immigration and you can just receive the Visa.
The Vietnam Visa will be stamped upon arrival with the visa fee
of US$ 25 per person to be paid to the Immigration Officials at
the airport. You have to show the visa pre-approval letter in
order to get the actual visa. (2 Passport-sized photos are
required).
