Drive to Tho Ha, the ancient village of Viet people in Red River Delta which has not been known to many tourists. Take a short ferry ride over Nhu Nguyet River to the village. Walk around to discover the village with your guide. Visit one typical house, watch people making rice paper, distilling rice wine and raising pigs. Have a picnic lunch in the village. After lunch drive to Halong Bay through Red River Delta. You can have lots of photo stops for pictures of daily life on green rice fields along the way. Overnight at Heritage Halong Hotel.

In the morning take 5 hours on private chartered boat to discover the legendary Halong bay with about 3000 different islands emerging from emerald water. It was recognized by UNESCO in 1995 to be a World Heritage. Visit beautiful grottos hidden inside mountains and enjoy fresh seafood lunch on boat. After the boat trip, drive back to Hanoi. Dinner at Indochine Restaurant before departing to Hanoi Train Station for a night train to Dong Hoi. Overnight on the train.

Arrive in Dong Hoi early in  the morning. Drive to Sun Spa Resort for breakfast then depart to Phong Nha. Take a boat trip along Son River to Phong Nha Cave, the second Natural World Heritage in Vietnam. On the way you can see variety of activities of local people on both banks of the river. Drive back to Sun Spa resort for lunch and relaxing. Overnight at Sun Spa Resort.

In the morning drive from Dong Hoi to visit Vinh Moc, a legendary tunnel used by northern Vietnamese people in DMZ area in the war time. After Vinh Moc drive to Hue. In the afternoon take a tour to Thien Mu pagoda, the symbol of Hue city. Then take a boat trip on  Perfume River back to the hotel. Visit the fishing village en route. Overnight in La Residence Hotel.

In the morning visit   Imperial Citadel in Hue. Then take 45 minute cyclo ride around citadel area. Lunch in local restaurant then visit   Tu Duc Tomb, the most beautiful tomb in Hue city. Dinner in Y Thao Restaurant. Overnight in La Residence Hotel.

In the morning check out the hotel before visiting  Kim Long village and Minh Tu orphanage. Drive to Danang via  Lang Co beach and Hai Van Pass. Lunch in Danang then visit Cham Museum and China Beach before driving to Hoi An. Afternoon arrive to Hoi An. Overnight in Palm Garden Resort.

Morning is free for relaxing in the resort. In the afternoon take a tour around the ancient town. Visit  Phuc Kien congressional house,  Japanese Cover Bridge, Tan Ky ancient house. Dinner in Cargo restaurant. Overnight in Palm Garden Resort.

Early in the morning drive to My Son which once was the holy land of Cham people from the 4th to the 13th century. Back to Hoi An for lunch. Afternoon you can have some free time before taking the boat trip on Thu Bon River. Watch the daily life activities and sunset on the river. Overnight in Palm Garden Resort.

You have the whole day free to discover the town on your own. A bike ride around rural area of Hoi An is highly recommended. Overnight in Palm Garden Resort.

Morning is free on your own till departure time to the Da Nang Airport. Flight back to Saigon or Hanoi. (B).
